The question that you should be prepared to ask your potential service provider is how much knowledge they have of the cloud software or hardware that you use, and how they will be able to help you in time of difficulty. You may be looking for rapid computer repairs or Google for work support, but if your service provider offers neither of these than you can be in trouble.
Make sure that you compile a list of whatever you need your IT support to do – for example provide Office 365, Xero or Google for work support, or talk you through hardware problems over the telephone – and then make sure that anyone that you end up hiring is capable of delivering all of these essential services.
